Linda D. Hager, 66, of Topeka, passed away on Sunday, March 24, 2019 at Stormont-Vail Hospital in Topeka. She was born June 21, 1952 in Topeka, the daughter of Clyde L. and Irene K. (Smercheck) Sheets.
Linda graduated from Washburn Rural High School in 1970. She was employed by Fairlawn Plaza State Bank for many years.
Linda married Michael Hager on October 2, 1976. They later divorced.
Survivors include two children; Amy Karr of La Harpe, Kansas, Casey (Regan) Hager of Pensacola, Florida, six grandchildren; Mathew Karr, Joseph Karr, Noah Karr, Eli Karr, Jackson Hager and Parker Hager and her father; Clyde "Lowell" Sheets of Topeka.
Cremation has taken place and as per Linda's wishes, no memorial services are planned.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Humanity House, 110 East St., Iola, Kansas 66749.
Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. is assisting the family.
