Linda Ann (Sullivan) Tucker, 65, of Topeka, passed away Saturday, September 7, 2019.
She was born February 14, 1954, in Emporia, Kansas, the daughter of Thomas Henry and Pearl Maxine (Morton) Sullivan. She was a 1972 graduate of Lebo High School.
Linda was employed by Payless Shoes and later for Security Benefit in Topeka.
Linda married Thomas Lane Tucker in May 1976 in Kansas City, Missouri. He preceded her in death on January 8, 1983. Survivors include a three daughters, Amanda Lyn "Mandy" Tucker, Tammy L. Cessna and Melanie S. Tucker, all of Topeka; eight grandchildren, Takoda, Brianna, Berit and Teagan Cessna, Lindsey Haines, Emily, Ethan and Elizabeth Engert; and four sisters, Barbara (Don) Dailey, Lebo, KS, Judy Bean, Topeka, Davenna (Frank) Lopez, and Eileen (Ron) Bible, both of San Diego, CA; three brothers, Kenneth Sullivan, Emporia, KS, Terry Sullivan, Lebo, KS and Steven Sullivan, Gladstone, MO.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and a brother, Robert Sullivan.
Linda enjoyed spending time with family, especially her children and grandchildren, going for walks, crocheting, puzzles, watching funny movies, history and traveling.
Honoring her request, cremation is planned. A celebration of life ceremony will be at 1 p.m., Saturday, September 14, 2019 at Covenant Baptist Church, 5440 SW 37th St, Topeka, KS 66614.
