Lisa K. Schwartz, 56, of Topeka, passed away Saturday, October 30, 2021.
She was born August 2, 1965, in Topeka, KS, the daughter of Gary H. and Joan K. Richardson.
Lisa graduated from Topeka West High School. She continued her education from Kaplan University receiving her Bachelor Degree in Business. She worked for Fidelity State Bank as the Head Teller.
Lisa was a member of the Harley Owners Group (HOG) where she was the Ladies of Harley Representative (LOH). She was also a member of The Litas Motorcycle Association, Combat Veteran Motorcycle Association (CVMA) and the Iron Butt Motorcycle Association (IBMA).
Lisa married Richard Schwartz on May 25, 2002 in Topeka, KS.
Survivors include her husband, Richard; her sons, Vincent Kelly of Kansas City, MO and Joseph (Codi) Kelly of Fort Benning, GA; her mother, Joan Reiter of Topeka; her sister, Angela (Greg) Thomas of Las Vegas, NV; her cousin, Michelle (Alan) Doll of Laguna Vista, TX; her nephews, Ryan Richardson and Conner Richardson. She was preceded in death by her father, Gary Richardson; her step-father, James Reiter; and a brother, Roy Richardson.
Lisa enjoyed traveling, crafts and jewelry. She was an avid Kansas City Chiefs fan. She enjoyed her cats and her Chihuahuas; she loved music and movies and was a fantastic cook.
Honoring Lisa's request, cremation is planned. A celebration of life will be held 10:30 am, Saturday, November 20, 2021 at Dove Cremations and Funerals – Southwest Chapel, 3700 SW Wanamaker Rd., Topeka, KS 66610.
Interment of Lisa's cremains will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery, 4700 SW 17th St., Topeka, KS 66604.
