Lloyd Dennis Atkinson was born January 29, 1959 in Dodge City, Kansas. He was the son of Zerul Atkinson and Kay E. Meadows, PhD. Dennis graduated from Highland Park High School in 1978. He retired from Hallmark Cards after 32 years. He was an avid hunter and fisherman.
He will be missed by his sisters, Kerilee Kutina and Zerlysa Atkinson; nieces, Ashleigh Woolbright(Jason), Jennifer Kutina, and Ryleigh Atkinson-McLaury; nephews, Zerul Kutina, Jerrad Kutina, Kenny Kutina (Maria), Kotis Atkinson-McLaury and Todd McLaury; and a host of family and friends.
Dennis was preceded in death by his parents.
Dennis was cremated. A memorial service will be held at Highland Park United Methodist Church on December 10, 2013 at 4:00PM. A potluck dinner will follow at the church.
