Lola I. Frantz

Lola I. Frantz, 80, of Topeka died Monday, May 17, 2004 at a Topeka hospital. She was born on February 24, 1924 in Lyndon, Kansas, the daughter of Austin M. and Clara M. Kratzke Sanderson. She was employed by the Santa Fe Railway for several years. She married Eugene A. "Jug" Frantz on June 17, 1947 in Melvern, Ks. He preceded her in death on January 7, 1998. Survivors include one daughter; Debra Frantz of Berryton, Ks., one son; Milton Frantz of Springdale, Arkansas, two sisters; Dorothy Lily of Osage City, Ks. and Joann Thompson of Elkhart, Ks. She was a good mother. Cremation took place. A Memorial Service will be held at 2:00 p.m. Friday at Penwell-Gabel Highland Chapel. Private inurnment will take place at a later date.
