Lola May Barnhill
Lola May Barnhill, 71, of Topeka, passed away on November 26, 2010. She was born October 16, 1939, in Valley Falls, the daughter of Merton and Velma (Bowles) Green. Lola was a life long resident of Topeka. On May 5, 1956, in Topeka, she married Harold Eugene Barnhill. He survives.
Other survivors include children Steven Barnhill, Salina, KS, Linda Barnhill, and Byron Barnhill, both of Topeka; Siblings Virta Madison, Topeka, Hellen Whitecell, Concordia, Edward Greene, Tecumseh, Eldon Greene, and Walter Greene, both of Lawrence; six grandchildren; and 5 great grandchildren. She is preceded in death by her parents; and brothers James and Robert Greene.
To honor Lola's wishes, no services are planned. Lola was cherished by all and will be dearly missed and loved forever.
