She was born on January 20, 1942 to Edward and Nellie (Ginter) Koci at Topeka, KS.
Louise worked as Analyst at Security Benefit.
On October 13, 1962, she married Roy Keitel, they later divorced.
She was a member of Auburn Presbyterian Church.
Louise is survived by her sons; Wade (Clydena) Keitel, Ward (Terri) Keitel, five grandchildren, eight great-grandchildren.
She was preceded in death by her father; Edward M Koci, mother; Nellie L. Koci, sisters; Irene Morgan, Leona Snyder, Virginia Denton, brothers; Martin Koci, and Donald "Doc" Koci.
