Louise M. Reilly, 78, Topeka, passed away Tuesday, November 11, 2014.
Louise was born September 11, 1936 in Topeka, the daughter of Theodore and Gertrude (Webber) Eckert. She graduated from Washburn Rural High School.
She was employed by Topeka Medical Center and later owned Mike Reilly Grading & Seeding with her husband.
She was a volunteer at Stormont-Vail Hospital for over 40 years, a member of the E.H.U. Women's Club, and a Girl Scout and 4-H leader.
Louise married Michael Reilly on April 30, 1955 in Topeka. He survives. Other survivors include son, Kevin Reilly; daughter Michele (David) Hall, all of Topeka; grandchildren, Jessica (Steve) Heinen, Alex Hall, Adam Hall; 2 great-grandchildren; and a brother, Theodore Eckert, Jr.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, November 15, 2014 at Penwell-Gabel Southwest Chapel, 3700 SW Wanamaker Road. Burial will follow at Mount Hope Cemetery. Louise will lie in state at the funeral home after 3:00 p.m. on Friday and visitation will be from 5:00 to 7:00 p.m.
