Manuel "Manny" Lee Bustos, 50, Topeka, passed away Sunday, May 12, 2019 at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City.
Manny was born October 27, 1968 in Hollywood, CA, the son of John and Tillie (Aragon) Bustos. He graduated from Monrovia High School in Monrovia, CA.
He was employed at the Goodyear plant as a Mill operator for 10 years.
Manny married Stacey Sahadi on August 15, 2001. She survives. Other survivors include sons, Samuel Bustos, Alex Wathke, Byron Bayless, all of Topeka; his parents of Monrovia, CA; granddaughters, Lily Bayless, Jordan Wathke; sisters, Cecilia (Steve) Bonila, Glendora, CA., Susan Sahadi, Topeka; and brother, Johnny Bustos, III, Monrovia, CA.
A Celebration of Life Gathering will be held from 6:00 - 8:00 p.m. on Wednesday, May 15, 2019 at the Dove Southwest Chapel, 3700 SW Wanamaker road.
Manuel's last words, "Jehovah is going to take care of me, I'll see you in the new system. I love you guys."
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Stacey and Sam Bustos.
