Margaret Davey

Margaret Ann Smith Davey, 69, Topeka, passed away Feb. 15, 2012. She was born in Topeka, KS to Herman R. and Margaret Arleen (Dedrick) Smith on Oct. 28, 1942. She graduated from Seaman High School. She married Billy Jack Thompson on Nov. 12, 1960 at Topeka. He preceded her in death.
They are survived by three sons, Rick (Tamora) Davey, Topeka, Randy (Grace) Davey, Topeka, Rob (Keri) Davey, Overland Park; 6 grandchildren, Aaron, Adam, Cody, Jordan, Alex and Brieanna; and her mother, Margaret A. Smith, Topeka.
She was a loving daughter, mother, grandmother and friend. She enjoyed watching her grandchildren's activities and was an avid KU fan. Cremation has taken place. A private family service will be held at a later date.
