Marilyn M. Goodman, age 72 of Topeka, passed away, March 2, 2012.
She was born on July 8, 1939 in Topeka, Kansas to Roy and Clara McGinnis. She was an active member of Capitol Post #1 American Legion Auxiliary.
She married Wendell Lee Goodman in 1977. He survives. Other survivors include her daughter; Misty and Roger Krull, a son, Shan Lee Kearney, a sister, Maxine Welch, two grandchildren, Ashley Krull, Taylor Kearney and two step grandchildren, Jessica and Dustin Gale. She was preceded in death by a son Marty Lee Kearney in 1965 and her brother Charley McGinnis.
The family will receive friends on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 from 6:00 pm to 7:00 pm at the Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel. A graveside service will be held 10:00 am, Thursday, March 8, 2012 in West Lawn Memorial Gardens.
