Marion R. Bechtold Lindeblad

Marion R. Bechtold Lindeblad, 93, of Topeka, passed away February 15, 2018. She was born to Norman C. and Nola E. (Fletchall) Gafford at Goff, Kansas on February 16, 1924. She attended Highland Community College.
She married Joseph C. Bechtold on April 23, 1943 at Great Bend, Kansas. She was employed as a clerk for Kansas Association of Realtors. She enjoyed gardening, handwork and raising her two children. She married Gordon Lindeblad on February 7, 2004.
She is survived by her son Stan (Mary) Bechtold of Topeka; 4 grandchildren: Matthew Bechtold of Topeka, Eric Bechtold (Jessica) of Florida, Jessie Bechtold of Arizona and Heather Bechtold Maes (Jason) of Arizona; and 2 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, both husbands, her son Alan R. Bechtold and her brother Lloyd Gafford.
A memorial service will be held March 1, 2018 at Lowman United Methodist Church at 2:00 p.m. with visitation beginning at 1:00 p.m.
In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to Lowman United Methodist Church or the charity of choice.
