Marjorie Jane Hartman
Marjorie Jane Hartman, 85, of Topeka, passed away on Monday, June 21, 2010 at Aldersgate Village. She was born on September 12, 1924 in Emporia, Kansas.
Marjorie was married to Jack W. Hartman, he preceded her in death. She was the book store manager at Emporia State University for many years and later was a volunteer at the Topeka and Shawnee County Public Library.
Marjorie is survived by her dear friend, Susan C. Appleby of Topeka; one daughter, Marcia Cole (Mark) of Temple, TX; one sister, Coral of New Mexico and four grandchildren.
Cremation is planned and Penwell-Gabel Southwest Chapel is assisting the family.
