Mark William Hicks

Mark William Hicks, 44, of Topeka, died Sunday, December 5, 2004 at his residence. He was born on September 15, 1960 in Topeka, the son of Van L. and Donna J. Long Hicks. Survivors include two daughters, Heather T. Calhoon of Berryton and Ashley V. Hutchison of Topeka, his mother, Donna J. Hicks of Topeka and two brothers, Keith Hicks of Kansas City, Ks. and Steve Hicks of Topeka. Services will be held at 1:00 p.m. Friday at Newcomer Family Funeral Home. Cremation will follow services. Private inurnment will take place at a later date. Mr. Hicks will lie in state and the family will receive friends from Noon Friday until service time at the funeral home.
