Mary Beth Meissner, 55, of Topeka, passed away, Wednesday, February 17, 2010 at Midland Hospice House.
She was born February 12, 1955 in Topeka the daughter of Phil and Dee Meissner. She was a graduate of Topeka High School and attended Washburn University.
She worked as a licensed beautician as well as operating a home day care.
Mary Beth volunteered at Topeka Civic Theater.
She was preceded in death by her father. Survivors include her mother, Dee Meissner, Topeka; her brother, Bob (Sharon) Meissner, Topeka; two nieces, Laurie (Chad) Parks, Topeka, and Sarah (Andy) Pavkov, Overland Park, KS; one nephew, John (Becci) Meissner, KC, MO; two great nieces, Kate and Allyson Parks.
Cremation is planned. A memorial service will be held 3:00 p.m., Friday, February 19, 2010 at the Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel. Private inurnment will take place at a later date.
