Mary Darr Oyugi, 56, of Topeka, Kansas went home to be with her Lord on March 27, 2012.
She was born on October 18, 1955 to the union of the late Theodore "Pete" Darr and Rosie Lee Jackson Darr, they both preceded her in death.
Mary attended Topeka Public Schools. She worked in housekeeping until her health prevented her from working and she devoted her life to raising her two sons. Mary loved to fish. On any warm day you could find her on some lake fishing. She also loved her pets (dogs). Mary would take in any puppy that needed a home. She was a giving person with a big heart and would help anyone.
She is survived by two sons, Thomas "T.C." Davis & LaShawn Williams, one daughter Phelica Livingston all of Topeka, 10 grandchildren, one loving and devoted sister, Marsha Maggett of Topeka, one brother Landis Cobb of Houston, Texas and a host of cousins and friends.
