Michael D. Luttjohann, 62, of Topeka, passed away Monday, June 20, 2011. He was born July 14, 1948 in Topeka, the son of Henry and Kathleen (Leamer) Luttjohann.
He is survived by his mother, Kathleen Luttjohann; brothers, Gary Luttjohann (Katherine), Steve Luttjohann, Terry Luttjohann (Pam); sister, Karen Williams; close friend and mother of 3 of his children, Lori Luttjohann; children, Monica Hull (Robert), Carrie Friess (John), Michael Luttjohann Jr., Shane Hutchison, Michelle Luttjohann; 14 grandchildren and 6 great-grandchildren. He was employed by Santa Fe for 39 years.
A celebration of Mike's life will be held at 6:00 p.m. on Tuesday, June 28, at Dove Cremation & Funeral Service, 4020 SW 6th Ave., Topeka, KS 66606. Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer's Association, 4125 SW Gage Center Dr. Suite LL-15 Topeka, KS 66604.
