Michael "Mickey" Dodson, 60, of Topeka passed away on November 14, 2017 at Stormont Vail. Born March 7, 1957, in Parsons, KS, he was the son of Billy and Betty Dodson.
He was a graduate of Topeka West High School and Kaw Valley Technical School.
He enjoyed auto racing, car shows and short day trips around Kansas.
Mickey was preceded in death by his parents and his sister, Cindy Dodson.
He is survived by his brother, Jay (Shelly) Dodson, a niece, Miranda Dodson and a nephew, Jason Dodson and many cousins.
A visitation will be held from 6:00 – 8:00 p.m. Friday, November 17, 2017 at Dove Cremation and Funeral Service, 4020 SW 6th Ave. Topeka, KS. Burial will follow at a later date at Plum Grove Cemetery, Winchester, KS.
In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made to the Topeka Rescue Mission, PO Box 8350 600 N Kansas Ave, Topeka, KS 66608.
