Michael Victor Hager, 60, Topeka, Kansas, passed away Friday, January 20, 2017.
Mike was born January 3, 1957 in Devils Lake, ND the son of Andrew and Alice (Hulst) Hager.
He graduated from Chugwater High School in Chugwater, WY. He also received an Associate Degree from Laramie County Community College in Cheyenne, WY.
He served in the U.S. Army from 1978 to 1982.
He was a member of the American Legion.
He enjoyed fishing, playing cards and Chess.
Survivors include his mother, Alice Hager, Galesburg, KS; brothers, John (Cindy) Hager, Thayer, KS, Ralph (Ara) Hager, Yoder, WY, Richard Hager, Lewistown, MT, Gary Hager, Galesburg, KS; and several nieces and nephews. He was preceded in death by his father.
Graveside services will be held at 1:30 p.m. on Friday, January 27, 2017 at the Ft. Scott National Cemetery in Ft. Scott, KS. The family will receive friends at the Penwell-Gabel Southwest Chapel, 3700 SW Wanamaker Road, Topeka from 4:00 to 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, January 26th.
