Michael Max McClellan, 65, passed away Thursday, Jan. 6, 2005, from cancer.
Michael was born on Sept. 30, 1939 to Edgar and Louise McClellan in Larned, KS. Michael graduated from Highland Park High School and joined the Navy, where he served for 4 years on the U.S.S. Kitty Hawk as a radar man. He has spent the last 27 years in Las Vegas, Nevada where he worked as a Security Supervisor at the Stardust Casino. He was a former member of Wakarusa Lodge # 402, A.F. & A.M.
Michael is survived by his sister, Clara Emmons, of Topeka; a daughter, Kelli Bouton, and three grandchildren of Topeka; a nephew, Kim Emmons of Topeka; and a niece, Connie Long, of Carbondale.
Memorial services will be at 10:00 a.m., Monday, Jan. 10, 2005 at Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel.
