Michael Truhe, 71, Topeka, passed away Sunday, June 14, 2020 at his residence.
Michael was born June 18, 1948 in Topeka.
He served in the U.S. Navy as a Medic during the Vietnam War and was a recipient of a Purple Heart.
He was employed at the V.A. Hospital for over 30 years.
Survivors include son, Patrick (Stephanie) Truhe, Debary, FL; daughter, Robin Truhe , Corinth, Texas; grandchildren, Steven, Jessica, Kimberly and Andrea; and a brother, Oscar Truhe.
Cremation has taken place and the family will have a service at a later date.
Dove Southwest Chapel is assisting with arrangements.
