Michelle L. Johnson, 48, Topeka, died Wednesday, August 5, 2009 at Midland Hospice House.
She was born May 22, 1961 in Minneapolis, MN, the daughter of Darrell and Barbara Premo. She was raised in Lincoln, NE, and came to Topeka in 1994.
Michelle received her BSN from Baker University. She worked at Stormont-Vail Hospital.
Survivors include three children, Austin Grefe of Lincoln, NE, Kristopher Johnson and Tyler Johnson, both in Topeka; her mother, Barbara Premo of Madison, WI; two sisters, Renee Schwinefus of West Salem, WI and Dannielle Jaeger of Madison, WI; three brothers, Michael Premo of West Salem, WI, Mark Premo and Matt Premo both of Madison, WI.
Private graveside services will be held Monday at Penwell-Gabel Cemetery.
Dove Funeral Home is in charge of arrangements.
