Mildred A. Bonsall, 84, of Topeka, passed away on Wednesday, March 8, 2017. She was born December 6, 1932 in Callaway, Nebraska, the daughter of Merle and Lila (Williams) Prideaux.
Mildred owned and operated Pandora's Ceramics and was a member of Arbor Court Canasta Club.
Mildred married James E. Bonsall, Sr. on March 12, 1949 in Fairborne, Ohio. He preceded her in death on September 18, 2015. She was also preceded in death by three daughters, Bonnie Alice, Barbara Merle and Laurie Jo.
Other survivors include two sons, James E. Bonsall, Jr. of Mayetta, Randy Roach of Topeka, one daughter, Babbette J. (Joseph) Gomez of Topeka, nine grandchildren, John (Misty), Michael (Malinda), Linda, Heather (Jeff), Miriah (David), Chelsea (Junior), Rosie (Chris), Graham (Robin) and Lillian, twelve great-grandchildren, Kasey, Madison, Brandon, Nathan, Trevor, Marley, Nicholas, Nora, Coraline , Liam, Caius, Claire and five great-great grandchildren, Witto, Novena, Sophia, Brody, Tahlia and her sister, Babbette (Al) Williams of Pennsylvania.
A celebration of Mildred's life will be held at a later date. Private inurnment will also take place at a later date. Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel is assisting the family.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Topeka & Shawnee Co. Public Library, 1515 SW 10th Ave., Topeka, Kansas 66604.
