Milo D. "Mike" Fultz, 85, of Topeka, passed away on Saturday, March 26, 2022 at a Topeka hospital. He was born July 4, 1936 in Richland, Kansas, the son of Harry and Frances (Fogerty) Fultz.
Mike graduated from Berryton High School in 1954. He was employed by the Santa Fe Railroad for 39 years. After retiring, he worked as a natural Santa Claus for 17 years. He was a member of Grace United Methodist Church.
Mike married Leona F. Bacon on October 14, 1956 in Topeka. They were married for 65 years. She survives. Other survivors include children, Jerold "Jerry" (Lisa) Fultz of Parker, Colorado, Jack Fultz of Topeka, Jon (Carrie Beth) Fultz of Kansas City, Missouri, Joe (Christina) Fultz of Bossier City, Louisiana, six grandchildren, Kevin, Steven, Weston, Maria, Isabel "Izzy", Aubrey and a great-granddaughter, Avery.
Mike was preceded in death by his sister and brothers, Rosalie, Blaine, Gerald, Wendell, Ron, George and Bob.
As per Mike's wishes, cremation has taken place. The family will receive friends from 6:00 - 7:30 p.m. Friday, April 1, 2022 at Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. A Celebration of Mike's Life will be held at 10:00 a.m. Saturday, April 2, 2022 at Grace United Methodist Church. Inurnment will follow in Bethel Cemetery southeast of Topeka.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Grace United Methodist Church, 2627 SW Western Ave., Topeka, Kansas 66611.
