Min Jung "Mindy" Spencer, 79, of Topeka, passed away on Wednesday, January 19, 2022 at Midland Hospice House. She was born February 17, 1942 in Seoul, Korea, the daughter of Meung Hong Lee and Suk Ja Jen.
Mindy was a homemaker. She attended Light of the World Christian Center.
Mindy married Robert Iams. He preceded her in death. She later married Buddie W. Spencer on May 8, 2007 in Topeka. He survives. Other survivors include children, Joon Sung Kim of South Korea, Eddie Dean of Topeka, Valerie Remy of Topeka, seven grandchildren, and four great-grandchildren.
Mindy was preceded in death by her brother.
Cremation has taken place and a private Celebration of Mindy's Life will be held at a later date. Private inurnment will take place at a later date.
Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. is assisting the family.
