Mindy R. Bell, 54, of Tecumseh, passed away on Wednesday, December 6, 2023. She was born November 3, 1969 in Topeka, the daughter of Kiel R. and Judith K. (Powers) Hayes.
Mindy graduated from Washburn Rural High School in 1988. She was employed by the Colmery-O'Neil VA Medical Center for 16 years.
Survivors include her husband of 35 years, Michael "Mike" Bell of Tecumseh, four children, Justin (Kayla), Cody, Gabby, and Zanna, four grandchildren, Kaden, Bryce, Lane, and Kase, her step-father, Olen Hay, and her siblings, Virgil (Diane) and Mickey (Shawn). Also surviving are many nieces, nephews, extended family and close friends.
Mindy was preceded in death by her siblings, Jackie and Kyle.
A private Celebration of Mindy's Life will be held at a later date. Private inurnment will take place at a later date.
