Nancy Ellen (Doll) Eicholtz, 79, of Topeka, passed away Thursday, April 1, 2021.
She was born January 18, 1942, in Great Bend, Kansas, the daughter of Clarence F. and Ellen (Newell) Doll.
Nancy was employed by the Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas for many years until retiring.
Nancy married William Howard "Bill" Eicholtz on November 7, 1971 in Topeka. He preceded her in death on July 6, 2018. Survivors include five children, James (Wanda) Sparks, Valley Center, KS, Victoria Smith, Sabetha, KS, Sandra (Richard) Mann, Wichita, KS, Kristina (Kevin) Pearce, Lawrence, KS, Gretchen (Kirk) Muskina, Memphis, TN; 17 grandchildren; several great-grandchildren; and three sisters, Linda Duecett, Donna (Buster) Brown all of California and Rita (Porter) Hovey of Kansas City, MO; two brothers, Paul (Pat) Doll of Great Bend, KS and Dennis (Julie) Doll of Atlanta, GA; and several nieces, nephews and cousins.
She was preceded in death by her parents; her daughter, Debbie Sparks in 1993; and her son Tim Sparks in 2016.
Nancy enjoyed spending time with family, making memories with her grandchildren, golfing, traveling to Florida and "Thirsty Thursdays" with her friends.
Cremation is planned. A memorial service is pending. Dove Cremations and Funerals, Southwest Chapel is assisting the family. Service information will be posted as soon as it becomes available. Please check back later for more information.
