Nancy Jane Miller, 78, of Topeka, passed away Sunday, March 31, 2019.
She was born March 13, 1941, in Topeka, Kansas, the daughter of Albert Vernon and Elizabeth Rowland. She was a 1959 graduate of Topeka High School and attended Kansas State University.
Nancy married Richard Earl Miller on August 24, 1963 in Topeka, KS. He survives. Other survivors include a daughter, Rachel Miller; three sons, Brian (Theresa) Miller, Toby (Michelle) Miller and Cody Miller all of Topeka; seven grandchildren, Nicole (Greg) Henley, Courtney Miller, Kelsey Miller, Reegan Miller, Aubrey Miller, Ryan Peoples and Weston Peoples; five great-grandchildren, Madyson and Colter Henley, Kyndal Peoples, Liam Peoples and Myah; and a sister, Barbara Stemmons, Galena, MO.
She was preceded in death by her parents; a daughter, Rebecca Miller; a sister, Beverly.
Nancy enjoyed spending time with family, especially her grandchildren, the holidays, baking and gardening.
A graveside ceremony will be held at 1 p.m., Thursday, April 4, 2019 at Mount Hope Cemetery, 4700 SW 17trh Street, Topeka. Dove Cremations and Funerals, Southwest Chapel is assisting the family.
