Nanette Sue Kneib, 63, of Topeka, passed away Tuesday, December 6, 2016.
Nanette was born July 3, 1953 in WaKeeney, Kansas, the daughter of Raymond and Anna (Bliss) Elliott.
She graduated from Trego County High School in 1971, and went on to attend Colby Community College. Following her education she worked for the State of Kansas, and for Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Kansas as a Computer Systems Analyst.
Nanette married Mark C. Kneib on July 14, 1984 in Topeka, KS. They later divorced.
She is survived by her children, Elizabeth and Ty Kneib, both of Topeka; Sister, June Elliott, of WaKeeney, KS; Cousin, Debra Kraus of Hays, KS; four grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents; and her brothers John and Edward Elliott.
A memorial service will be held at 6:30 p.m. on Tuesday, December 13, 2016 at Penwell-Gabel Southwest Chapel, 3700 SW Wanamaker Road. The family will receive friends from 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. with a Rosary at 6:00 p.m.
