Nedele Nadine Dutt, 84, of Berryton, passed away on Saturday, January 13, 2024 at a Topeka hospital. She was born February 19, 1939 in Topeka, the daughter of Charles Christopher and Naomi (Higbee) Baxley.
Nedele graduated from Topeka High School. She was employed by Equity Bank for many years before retiring. She was a member of the Beulah Chapter #51 OES.
Nedele married John Edward Dutt in 1957. He preceded her in death on January 23, 2014.
As per Nedele's wishes, cremation has taken place and no public memorial service is planned. Private inurnment will take place in Leavenworth National Cemetery next to her husband.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to the Helping Hands Humane Society, 5720 S.W. 21st St., Topeka, Kansas 66604.
Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. is assisting the family with service arrangements.
