Nicholas Sean Neukirch

Nicholas "Nick" Neukirch, 57, of Topeka, passed away peacefully at home on Saturday, August 20, 2022, after a four-year battle with colon cancer.
He was born November 5, 1964, in Eureka, Kansas, the son of Marvin and Linda Neukirch. He graduated from Shawnee Heights High School and received a bachelor's in Marketing from Washburn University.
Nick married Kelly Gregg on March 10, 1989. She survives along with their children Alec Neukirch (Stephanie), Colin Neukirch, and Chloe Neukirch (Trevor); and his father. He was preceded in death by his mother and brother, Monty Neukirch.
Nick was founder and CEO of ProActive Capital Management. He served on various boards and committees within the community.
Nick enjoyed vacations with his family and cheering for Oklahoma football, Kansas basketball, and the Kansas City Chiefs.
Nick was cremated. A celebration of life will be held Sunday, August 28th from 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM in the Founder's Room at The Beacon, 420 SW 9th Street in Topeka, Kansas. Memorial contributions may be made to the Stormont Vail Foundation, 1500 SW 10th Avenue, Topeka, KS 66604 - designated to the Cotton O'Neil Cancer Center.
