Norma Engle

Norma Engle, 92, formerly of Topeka, passed away on Tuesday, January 12, 2021 at a Highland, Kansas care facility. She was born August 7, 1928 in Vliets, Kansas, the daughter of Fred and Bridgett (Hayes) Reust.
Norma attended Highland Park High School and graduated from Silver Lake High School. She was employed at the St. Francis Boys' Home in Salina for 10 years and was the Business Manager for The Villages Inc. in Topeka for 15 years until she retired.
Survivors include children, David (Susan) Engle of Fallbrook, California, Mark (Laurie) Engle of Lee's Summit, Missouri, Joan Engle of Topeka, and Connie Smalley of Parsons, Kansas, eight grandchildren, thirteen great-grandchildren and one sister, Winnie Kingman of Topeka.
Norma was preceded in death by one son, Matthew Engle and daughter, Pamela Santaniello.
As per Norma's wishes, there will be a cremation and an informal private memorial service held at a later date.
In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be given to Save the Children, 501 Kings Highway East, Ste. 400, Fairfield, CT 06825.
