"I'll Be Waiting"
Death is merely an advancement to Glory. I have only stepped up to the next beautiful level. Whatever we were to each other, that we still are. Please remember me by my old familiar name Norma J. Speak to me in the same way which you always used to. Laugh as we always did at the little jokes and memories of the past. Play. Smile. Think of me. Remember to pray for me. Let my name and my joyful spirit be ever the household word that it always was. Let it be spoken without affect and without the trace of a shadow on it. Life means all that it ever meant, the good, the bad and the unplanned. Why should I be out of mind just because I am out of sight? I am waiting for you, for an interval, somewhere very near, just up above. –Norma Jane Alexander Lewis
