Orinda Wright

Orinda Mae Wright, 89, of Topeka passed away April 14, 2010 at Rolling Hills Health Center. She was born January 1, 1921 to Mark and Ameila (Lutz) Costa at Richland, Kansas. She graduated from high school at Berryton, Kansas and attended Dodds Business School. She moved to Topeka at age 17 and was employed by S.S. Kresge Co.
She married Gilbert Wright on August 31, 1941 in Topeka at his parents home. He preceded her in death. She is survived by two sons, Larry Wright and his wife Carol of Topeka, and Ronald Wright of Silver Lake, 4 grandchildren, and 5 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held Monday, April 19, 2010 from 10:00-11:00 a.m. preceding the 11:00 a.m.funeral service at Dove Cremation & Funeral Service. Interment will be at Penwell-Gabel Cemetery.
