Owen "O.P." Blakely, 67, passed away on November 26, at Midland Hospice. He was born April 4, 1942 in Cheyenne, WY. Survivors include: Sons, Brian (Tammy) Blakely and Randall (Melissa) Blakely. Family inurnment will be held at Mt. Hope Cemetery. Memorial contributions may be made to Midland Hospice Care Services. Dove Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
