Patricia "Pat" Alexander, 72, of Topeka, passed away on Tuesday, February 1, 2022. She was born August 3, 1949 in Kansas City, Missouri, the daughter of Francis Stewart and Matilda Marie (Simon) "Jack" Alexander, Sr.
Pat graduated from Hayden High School in 1967. She was employed by Blue Cross & Blue Shield and Volume Shoe Corporation before retiring. She was a member of Mater Dei Catholic Church and maintained her faith.
Survivors include one daughter, Shannon Edwards of Minneapolis, Minnesota, four grandchildren, Walter, Tasia, Bryana and Jayson, seven great-grandchildren, Josephine, Journey, Kayden, Leo, Trevion, Tristan and Kwyn and her parents, Francis Stewart and Matilda Marie "Jack" Alexander, Sr., and her brothers, Francis S. (Jennie) "Jack" Alexander, Jr. of Topeka and Terrell Lee (Lisa) Alexander of Topeka, her sister, Stephanie Rae Alexander of Topeka and a host of other family and friends.
Pat was preceded in death by her daughter, Lori Ann Alexander and her niece, Kori Lee Alexander.
A Celebration of Pat's Life will be held at a later date. Private inurnment will take place at a later date.
