Patricia D. Fleming

Patricia D. Fleming, 67, passed away peacefully on Monday, May 11, 2009 at Midland Hospice House in Topeka. She was born on January 13, 1941 in Le Loup, KS, the daughter of Donald and Opal Hudson Farrell. She grew up in Ottawa and graduated from Ottawa High School in 1960. She was employed by the Santa Fe Railroad, U.S.D 501 school district and Stormont-Vail. Patricia married Gary M. "Mike" Fleming. He preceded her in death on March 26, 2009. She was also preceded in death by her parents. Survivors include her daughter, Kelly Farrell and her husband, Gerd Bamesberger of Berthoud, CO, two grandchildren, Chris and Annie, one great-grandson, Kemper, one sister, Dee Ellen Leach, three brothers, David, Douglas and Kenneth Farrell and many nieces and nephews. At Patricia's request, cremation will take place and no memorial services will be held. Private inurnment will take place at a later date. Memorial contributions may be given to Midland Hospice Care, 200 SW Frazier Circle, Topeka, KS 66606. Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
