Paul "Douglas" Billings, 52, of Topeka, passed away Saturday, May 3, 2014 at the University of KS Medical Center. He was born September 2, 1961, in Topeka, the son of Paul and Shirley (Robinson) Billings.

Douglas was raised in Auburn and graduated from Washburn Rural High School. Doug received his bachelor's degree in Business Administration from Washburn University. Doug was employed by Jostens for 21 years and later worked for the Department of Veterans Affairs. He operated an online store called Mr. B's Trading Post. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, family gatherings and bargain hunting.

Doug is survived by his life companion, Brenda Catt; his parents; sister, Cynthia (Daryl) Dammann; niece Amy (Dammann) Humbert; and nephew, Matthew Dammann.

Funeral services will be at 10:00 am, Monday May 12, 2014 at the Mount Hope Chapel, 4700 SW 17th St in Topeka. The family will receive friends one hour prior to the service. Memorial contributions may be made to Restoration House Ministries P.O. Box 4958 Topeka, KS 66604 or the Topeka Rescue Mission.
