Randall J. "Randy" Hodges, 71, of Topeka, passed away on Tuesday, November 17, 2020. He was born September 22, 1949 in Topeka, the son of Richard and Ruth (Johnson) Hodges.
Randy graduated from Topeka High School and earned a Bachelor's Degree from Washburn University. He was employed as a Computer Programmer for the State of Kansas for many years before retiring.
Randy married Deborah K. Morgan on September 16, 2006. She survives. Other survivors include children, Amanda Hodges of Topeka, David Hodges of Topeka, six grandchildren, his mother, Ruth Hodges of Topeka and two brothers, Robert Hodges of Los Angeles, California and Steve Hodges of Chicago, Illinois.
Randy was preceded in death by his father and his daughter, Merrilee.
Cremation has taken place and as per Randy's wishes, no memorial services are planned. Private inurnment will take place in Mount Hope Cemetery at a later date.
Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. is assisting the family.
