Richard T. "Ricky" Clemmons, 64, of Topeka, passed away on Saturday, December 5, 2020 at a Topeka hospital. He was born March 7, 1956 in Topeka, the son of Ross T. and Mary Jane (Otto) Clemmons.
Ricky graduated from Washburn Rural High School.
Survivors include his siblings, Ross A. (Marie) Clemmons, Mary Jane Myers, his sister-in-law, Meryce M. Clemmons, nieces and nephews, Tedi (Brian) Starns, Scott Myers (Mary), Ryan Neely, Justin Neely and Blair Neely, Carrie (Chris) Case and Carrie's mother, Jill (Craig) Finden, Lindsey (Jason) Anderson, Austin Spice, Capri Case and Taylor Herrera and his biggest fan and loving companion, Dexter his cat.
Ricky was preceded in death by his parents and his siblings, Bruce T. Clemmons, Steve Clemmons and Linda Neely.
The family would like to acknowledge his many doctors, nurses and caretakers who truly touched his life.
Ricky had an incredible presence. His love for people and his ways of living out loud made him color the world like nobody's business. This gentle giant will be greatly missed. LOVE YOU ME
Cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Ricky's Life will be announced at a later date.
