Roanna "June" Ghan, 94, of Topeka, KS, passed away on Sunday, March 11, 2018 at Stormont-Vail.
She was born on June 29, 1923 in Carbondale, KS to Charles and Jane Barngrover. She grew up in Berryton, KS and graduated from Berryton Rural High School in 1941.
She married Clyde Ghan on August 27, 1957 in Manhattan, KS. He preceded her in death on December 22, 1991. She was also preceded in death by two brothers.
She was a member of Crestview United Methodist Church for many years. June loved flowers, yardwork, word search puzzles, gnomes and dancing.
June is survived by numerous family and friends that will miss her dearly.
Honoring June's wishes, a formal service will not be held. A reception honoring her life will be at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, March 17th, 2018 at Dove Cremations & Funerals, 3700 SW Wanamaker Rd. Light refreshments will be served.
Private inurnment will be at Memorial Park Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Crestview United Methodist Church, or to St. Jude's Children's Research Hospital.
