Robert A. Morrow

Robert A. Morrow, 82, of Topeka, passed away on Sunday, June 25, 2006 at a Topeka care facility. He was born on December 30, 1923 in Topeka, the son of Arthur C. and Sylvia B. Pennick Morrow. He was employed by the Santa Fe Railroad for 37years before retiring. He was a member of Orient Lodge No. 51 AF&AM, the Scottish Rite, the Topeka Arab Shrine and the Moose Lodge. Robert married Caryl E. Meyer on December 4, 1964 in Topeka. She survives. Other survivors include one step-son, Lloyd Canfield of Topeka, six step-grandchildren, several step-great-grandchildren, two nieces and two nephews. He was preceded in death by one brother, Donald Morrow in 1992. Cremation has taken place. No memorial services are planned. Memorial contributions may be given to Shriner's Hospitals for Children, c/o Arab Temple, 1305 S. Kansas Ave., Topeka, KS 66612. Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel is in charge of arrangements.
