Robert D. "Bob" Carroll, 70, Topeka, passed away Sunday, October 1, 2023.
Bob was born October 10, 1952 in Topeka, the son of James and Mary (Ruth) Carroll. He attended Topeka Public Schools.
He served in the Navy during the Vietnam War and spent most of his time in the Mediterranean.
He was a self-employed tile setter.
He enjoyed watching Kansas basketball, Royals baseball and Chiefs football. He loved vacationing in Arizona and spending time with all his grandchildren.
Survivors include daughters, Cheyenne (Andy) Gonzales, Mesa, AZ, Patricia (Eddie) Johnston, Topeka, Karen Acuna, Crittenden, KY; grandchildren, Iso, Raeahnna, Zoie, Zion, Scarlett and Rhett; Great-grandchild Violet; Brother Jim.
Cremation has taken place and no official services are planned but there will be a celebration of life.
