Robert L. "Robbie" Franklin, 52, of Topeka, passed away on Wednesday, March 14, 2018.
He was born on April 11, 1965 in Topeka, KS to Charles C. and Patricia Franklin. He graduated from Hayden High School and Kaw Area Vo Tech in 1983. He was a Boy Scout in troop 246 Most Pure Heart and went on to obtain the rank of Eagle Scout. He enjoyed cooking and motorcycles.
He was a member of Most Pure Heart of Mary Catholic Church. He worked as a cook for several restaurants in Topeka.
Robbie married Rebekah LaClair July 20, 2012 in Topeka, KS. She survives. Other survivors include, a son, Heath Franklin; parents, Charles and Patricia Franklin; siblings, Charles R. Franklin, Angela Welsh; and four nephews.
Memorial contributions in his honor may be made to the charity of donor's choice.
