Robert Gene Singer, 88, of Topeka, Kansas passed away Saturday, February 3, 2024. He was born December 2, 1935, in Allen, KS, the son of John Conlin and Gladys Anderson Singer. He was raised on a farm Southwest of Eskridge and graduated from Eskridge High School in 1953. He had owned and operated Singer Excavating Inc.
He married Marjorie Black, November 18, 1956. She preceded him in death January 5, 2021.
A graveside inurnment service will be 11:00 am Tuesday, February 13, 2024 at Mt. Hope Cemetery, Topeka.
