Robin A. Finlay

Robin A. Finlay, 69, of Topeka, passed away on Monday, October 28, 2024. He was born January 3, 1955 in Topeka, Kansas, the son of Richard A. and Viva (Robbins) Finlay.

Robin graduated from Santa Fe Trail High School and attended Emporia State University. He was an Army Veteran during the Vietnam War. He owned and operated Mr. Frezze HVAC Company. He had attended Light of the World Christian Center.

Survivors include his companion, Billie S. Sheddan, two daughters, Christina Demler of Topeka, Wendy Sheddan of Topeka, five grandchildren, Andrea, Jayde, Nicholas, Saige, Trenton, one great-grandson, Riley and his brother, Eric D. Finlay of Topeka.

Robin was preceded in death by his son, Jacob Finlay and his brother, Randall Finlay.

Private services will be held at a later date. 

Dove Southeast Chapel, 2843 SE Minnesota Ave. is assisting the family with service arrangements.
