Roger Lee Brown, 76, of Auburn, passed away Friday, October 21, 2022.

He was born December 8, 1945, in Davenport, Virginia, the son of Robert and Bertha Brown.

Roger graduated from Highland High School, Pocatello, Idaho in 1964. He graduated from college at Idaho State University, Pocatello, Idaho in 1967. He joined the Air Force in 1965. He was employed by Dupont Chemical, UCM Films, Flexel Inc., and Innovia Films and retired after 40 years.

Roger married Mary Ann on June 13, 1969, in Miami, Oklahoma. She survives. Other survivors include children; Robert (Janice) Hoffer of Texas, Annette (Alan Kane) Brown of Cummings, Michael Brown of Topeka, and Daniel (Rachel Donelson-Dugan) Brown of Tonganoxie, five grandchildren: Ashley Shaw and James Hoffer of Texas, Lauren Renbarger of Topeka, Trevor Brown of Washington, Felicia Romine of Burlingame, and Madison Brown of Topeka, 3 great grandchildren, siblings includes; Sandy Hebdon and Tom Brown of Idaho, Sharon Falk of Overland Park, KS, and David Brown of Florida.

Roger was preceded in death by his father and mother, Robert, and Bertha Brown, and brother Darrell Brown.

Roger loved to golf, fish, and spend time with his family and friends.

A Celebration of his Life will be at 3:00 p.m. on Thursday, October 27, 2022 at Dove Cremations & Funerals - Southwest Chapel, 3700 SW Wanamaker Road, Topeka, KS 66610. The family will greet friends an hour prior to the service.

Contributions may be made to the Midland Hospice House, 200 SW Fraizer Circle, Topeka KS 66606.
