Ronald Allen "Bryant" Lakin, 45, of Topeka, passed away Wednesday, February 9, 2022.
He was born February 2, 1977, in Topeka, Kansas, the son of Kenneth Wayne and Edith Lynda (Wittig) Lakin. He was a graduate of Topeka West High School and attended Washburn Tech.
Survivors include his sister, Lena (Jeff) Lakin-Runnebaum of Topeka; his niece, Skylar Runnebaum and his nephew, Alexander Runnebaum; his maternal grandmother, Doris Wittig of Oak Grove, MO.
He was preceded in death by his parents; his maternal grandfather, Oscar Wittig; and his paternal grandparents, Raymond and Marie Lakin.
Bryant enjoyed spending time with family, his dog, Shadow, his neighbors and friends. He was also an avid Dallas Cowboys fan.
Honoring his request, cremation is planned. A celebration of his life will be held at at later date. Dove Cremations and Funerals, Southwest Chapel in Topeka is assisting the family.
