Rose C. Rouviere, Topeka, passed away Friday, December 29, 2017.
Rose was born November 29, 1937 in Georgeville, MN, the daughter of Eugene and Claris (Lundgren) Sonstegard. She graduated from Belgrade High School.
She was a homemaker.
Rose married Albert E. Rouviere on May 28, 1962 in Topeka. He survives. Other survivors include daughter, Christina (Bill) Fairhurst, Topeka; grandchildren, Gaige, Allison, Billy, Bryse; great-grandson, C.J.; and a sister, Esther Bower, Holton. She was preceded in death by 6 siblings; and grandson, Krystopher Griffeth.
Funeral services will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Friday, January 5, 2018 at Penwell-Gabel Southwest Chapel, 3700 SW Wanamaker Road. A reception will follow the service. Burial will be in Penwell-Gabel Cemetery.
Memorial contributions may be made to Helping Hands Humane Society.
