Roseanna J. "Rosie" Rothfelder, 43, of Topeka, passed away on Wednesday, March 7, 2012 at a Topeka hospital.
She was born September 9, 1968 in Topeka, the daughter of Joseph E. and Geneatha Turner Field. She was employed by Apple Market for several years.
Rosie married Brandon Rothfelder on March 17, 2000 in Topeka. He survives. Other survivors include their children, Sara Mertins, Jessica Lightfoot, Kayla Rothfelder and Joseph Rothfelder, four grandchildren, Haydin, Matthew, Blaine and Damian, Jr. whose expected delivery date is June, 10, 2012, her mother, Geneatha (George) Stevens, and her siblings, Joseph, Matthew, Eddie Joe, Eddie Leroy, Della, Debbie, Caroline, Lois and Linda.
Services will be held at 3:00 p.m. Friday at Penwell-Gabel Southeast Chapel. Cremation will follow services and private inurnment will take place at a later date. Rosie will lie in state and the family will receive friends one hour prior to service time on Friday.
